Art therapy night is intended to be an opportunity for people of all skill levels in artistic creation (from zero experience to professionals) to come together to form an inviting and judgement free space where we all can express ourselves exactly as we'd like to.

Host Alex Sylvester will take participants through an assortment of prompts to then do with them how one wishes. No limitations on what medium you work with (within reason of course, please be mindful of the environment as we are in an active art gallery), and there will be basic creation tools available for those unable to provide their own.
